Title IX and teen abortion

Does anyone have a list of things to look for in judging the compliance
with Title IX of schools/districts in supporting teens who have been
raped, had an abortion, become pregnant, and/or become mothers?

The WEEA Catalog has "Just What the Doctor Should Have Ordered: A Prescription
for Sex-Fair School Health Services" by Margaret C. Dunkle (Equality Center,
1989, 158 pages). The author asks "What do gender-fair health services look
like?" She defines schools' legal responsibilities in providing these services
as required by Title IX and includes step-by-step methods for evaluating student
health services. The book has chapters on treatment of pregnant and parenting
students, reproductive services and programs, mental health services, and other
services, and contains check lists for each topic.

This publication (#2698) is $17 plus shipping and handling and can be ordered by
calling the WEEA Publication Distribution Center at 1-800-793-5076 or by
writing: WEEA/EDC-C97, P.O. Box 1020, Sewickley, PA 15143-1020.
