Suggest to him that censorship is what girls really should not be seeing
in this formative part of their lives. And tell him to look at copies of
Teen Voices and Hues, both of which my teen daughter thinks rock. Tell
him the girls should decide what they want to see in the library; it
will be part of preparing themselves for leadership in making sure that
more women will become principals in the next generation, perhaps with
less taste for authoritarian "solutionns."
