Peggy,

Thanks for the legal clarification of Title IX. For the past 5 years I
have been trying to get what Title IX amended. Everyone I asked in
Washington, at OCR and otherwise, did not know. What year was the Higher
Education Act passed that Title IX amended? Thanks again.

Thanks! And perhaps you would be willing to clarify some of the
differences in strength of Title IX and Title VII? I think this
is an
important concept for people to understand. Our hometown paper
is still
