I'm not saying back down. I'm saying that confrontation in court should be
the last step. There are strategies for building alliances which need to
be explored.

To back down from those ''potential'' threats would be to give in in a very
important battle. It would be similar to what occurred a few days ago in
some town int the USA when in order to keep the KKK off the streets
they were given 10000 dollars for publicity as long as they did not go out
to demonstrate !!!!!! Pretty horrible.
