Is the event being proposed by the state education department?
Will it be funded with education funds?
Does the state have a gender equity law? which must not contradict Title
IX?
On what fields is this event to be held? who is coaching and reffing and
even supplying the hotdogs and popcorn?
Does any of the state's programs receive federal funding?
Have you talked to the lawyers at Women's Sports Foundation?
