Some of us here are women and mothers. We also have daughters. When we
see what has happened in Arkansas that realizes our WORST fears. Our minds
shift into some kind of psychological defensive position that makes us see
that perhaps what we have been talking or studying about regarding the need
to
educate our children with less prejudism and sexism is a very very legitimate
notion
based in the posibility that if we continue to fail our children, both the
boys and the girls, this horrible killing won't be the last. It has NOTHING to
do with so called
''male bashing''. It has to do with a dosage of ''reality'', and a very keen
sense
of the way we are miseducating children and the results of that failure.
