Just who is running the OCR ????? who are these people that I keep hearing
have never enforced TITLE IX. Iam totally confused. Who then has enforeced the
cases that have come up regarding TITLE 9 ? IS OCR a worthless agency ? WHAT
TO THEY DO ?
