One remaining Public single sex college

One point needs clearing up. Up until 3 years ago, there were 3
state-funded single-sex colleges. After the Supreme Court decisions on VMI
and the Citadel, these two state-funded single-sex colleges were forced to
become coed.

There remains one state-funded single-sex college, the nation's largest
single-sex college, Douglass College.

Douglass College has announced that even after these Supreme Court
decisions, they have no intention of going coed.

Is this legal? Will it require a challenge in court before they are forced
to go coed?
