I believe that we decided in Brown in 1954 that separate but equal is
inherently unequal when it comes to protected classes The courts have
continued this principle as it relates to race, disability, and gender. Title
IX was designed to breakdown the "separate" education females received who
went to school in the 60s and 70s. I, for one, would not want to be in a
position of now arguing for gender segretation.
