How new are the tapes, we might have them already. Are the women in the
tapes diverse in ethnicity? At various times I've tried to find available
women in policing and firefighting for career fairs focused on young women
of color. Videos might suffice until we find folks with available time.
One year we were able to bring up a Native Hawaiian woman who is on the
federal register to fight the BIG fires.
