SAT and minority issues

I am wondering if anyone has any information/resources on facts that
support that the SAT should be dropped from admissions requirements because
they are biased and inequitable against minorities. This is a particularly
important issue now that Proposition 209 has banned race-based admissions
preferences. Also, in the wake of Proposition 227 and the ending of
bi-lingual education in California, there are further ramifications
regarding the inequities in the educational pipeline. I am looking for
concrete information on this issue if anyone has any.

Thanks in advance for your help!
