Our 4-H Youth Development School-Age Care Project is spearheading
culturally relevant and responsive programming for after school and summer
programs for school-age youth in North Carolina. We outreach to unserved
or underserved populations, targeting Hispanos / Latinos. I am always
looking for ways to partner and or build my resource library, so please
share your information with me.
Other programs I am familiar with are: Educational Talent Search
(Jerrye Garcia-Swift) and the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Coalition
of North Carolina (Linda Riggsbee). A lot of scaffolding of special
