I know of 2 resources:
Roots and Wings is an antibias book developed for preschool educators. THey
have an excellent checklist that can be applied to materials of any level.

A woman on the faculty at Ohio State University's college of education,
Antoinette Miranda, teaches a course on diversity and includes such
materials and information. I don't know her #, but the OSU information
number is 614/292-6446.
