Teaching math equitably

Hello, my name is Rose. I am an elementary school teacher. The majority of
my students are African American and Latino. I will be most interested in
any thoughts, ideas, comments on how to teach science and math to them. I
think it is vital that this minority children develop a positive frame of
mind towards these fields. I am hoping that I can help them love these
disciplines, and hopefully choose a career in these fields. Please advise
or put me in contact with someone who can share some points on this
subject.
