low-income single parent higher education

Here at the University of Nevada, Reno we are looking at developing a
low-income single-parent program at the university that will be a place for
coordinating services, support, etc. It would be helpful to look at any
models out there. We do have the community college programs here which we
were hoping to use as partial models but we wanted to be a bridge from those
programs to the 4 year degree. Does anyone know of any programs that are
located in a college or university?
