Discrimination/School liability ruling?

Geez. I ask so many questions and offer so little input. Here's
another. I was recently told that within the last few weeks a federal
circuit court issued a ruling related to racial discrimination and
school liability. Can anyone point me to the right court, the name of
the case or verification that such a ruling was made?
