I have a question about this whole women-men wage rate differential.

Am I blind, or aren't the unions supposed to negotiate rates based on tenure,
not gender? And also, how do they get the men to admit that they are being

Found an interesting piece in last week's BusinessWeek (11/30/98, p.8).
There's a brief write-up of a feature of the AFL-CIO website which
