We are seeking interested scientists and mathematicians with disabilities who
would be willing to help us determine ways to improve Standards-based
mathematics curricula at the middle school level.
We are embarking on a research proposal to study how people with disabilities
have learned mathematics; what methods, supports, assists, etc. have worked;
problems they have overcome and how. We are seeking young adults in high school
or college, as well as adult mentors in the working world.
