This is the last call for proposal submissions for training workshops and the
roundtable exchange and for Film Festival submissions for SUMMIT '99: TOWARD A
NATIONAL VOICE: MAXIMIZING OUR EFFECTIVENESS this July.

The deadlines are Feb. 15/16.
