 I would suggest you see if you have data such as test results or
distribution of marks that show any gender based discrepancy. Here for
example the boys are scoring significantly below the girls in both reading
and writing at all grades. Girls are scoring very slightly below boys in
math, science and computers but far fewer girls are taking computer courses.
Girls are participating in academic math classes at the grade 11 level at the
same level as boys as in our system this is required for post secondary
entrance. Anyhow to answer your question if you can get some data that will
"uncover" some of the misconceptions, if as you believe there are differences in
participation rates, and achievement between the genders

Does any one have information on western world countries where boys and girls
are doing equally well. I have been told that in Scotland the boys are doing as
well as girls in Language Arts. If so the question is why?
