Yeah. On the boys' side, I say that a majority of it can be attributed to
the fact that these _boys_ do not know how to become men because of the
lack of male input into these boys' life. However liberated you are, a
woman can not teach a boy how to become a man. These boys are growing up
with no father figure to guide and ultimately curb some of their behavior.

That depends on how you define good basic upbringing.
