Funny that I haven't seen one mail about the recent Supreme Court decision.
Oddly, this is one of the first that I can agree with both sides. The way
the slim majority worded the decision was good, but this still will open up
the floodgates of lawsuits, both from parents of harassed children and
parents of accused harassers alleging due process violations when schools
overkill.
