That is absolutely true. I think it would make a very positive diference. A
great deal of the teachers you have in the lower grades are nothing else but
''school moms'' and pshychologically boys would benefit more from having good
male roles at that tender age. By the time they get into the higher grades too
much of their classroom behavior is already formed to be corrected.
