Harris Sussman, Ph.D. is working with the U.S. Fire Service to develop a course
on "Leading Diverse Communities Beyond Conflict," which will be offered across
the country next year. The purpose is to have participants create Action
Projects that will improve diversity relations at work and in their communities.

We are looking for experienced people interested in being course facilitators.
You would have to bid on it and would attend a Facilitator Training in November.
 If you're interested, please contact
Dr. Romey Brooks <romey.brooks@fema.gov>

You can read more about Dr. Sussman's work at--http://www.sussman.org

Also, he is offering the following program to groups--

October 11 will be the last Columbus Day of the century.
You might be interested in my Fall 1999 presentation for
multicultural programs on "Columbus, Thanksgiving
and the Future of America"--a one-man show
appropriate for cultural diversity understanding.

The cost for the program, which includes discussion
and being available to visit with groups, is $1999 plus expenses.
