Glenn Kleiman, Director of COPE, recently authored a white paper entitled "Meeting the Need for High Quality Teachers: eLearning Solutions" for the U.S. Department of Education Secretary's No Child Left Behind Leadership Summit. The Summit brought together educators, policy makers, and technology directors to explore virtual education as a means of expanding educational access.
