Li-Ming Yang

Li-Ming Yang is a Curriculum Design Associate for COPE. Her work primarily focuses on the development of math curriculum and teacher professional development. She is currently helping to write an online math curriculum guide for the U.S. Department of Defense Schools. Additionally, she facilitates workshops and provides online support for teachers in Maine, including the online Building Algebraic Thinking course.

Prior to coming to EDC, Li-Ming was an upper elementary school teacher for a number of years in Wayland and Brookline, Massachusetts. She also taught at the International School of Beijing for three years. She received her Ed.M. in Curriculum and Instruction from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College and her B.A. in Child Development from the Eliot-Pearson Department at Tufts University.
