Next Steps
Following the assessment, a teacher might:
- Use the concept maps to look for areas where understanding is already present, for areas of confusion or naïve conception, and for areas of interest, so that they can shape their instruction in the ensuing lessons.
- Save the concept maps so that students can add to/refine them over the course of the unit.
