Community Technology Centers’ Network
Community Technology Centers' Network (CTCNet), a network of over 350 grass-roots technology centers in storefronts, libraries, and community-based organizations that are providing people in their communities with access to computers and related technologies. Many CTCNet affiliates link with local schools to help youth and adults develop technology skills as they improve learning and life skills.
