GEMS: Learning Online

Research

GEMS research begins with a 9-week online seminar, developed by the WEEA Equity Resource Center and the New England Comprehensive Assistance Center entitled Engaging Middle School Girls in Math and Science, and continues with a web-based support and professional development network. Each of the partner organizations will work with a cohort of middle school teachers who will take the course and then become part of the ongoing web-based network of course graduates.
