Douglas Bishop

Douglas Bishop has been a teacher to students ranging in age from one to ninety, and currently teaches English as a Second Language at a middle school in Lowell, Massachusetts. As a poet, he has performed in places as far away as Israel and Guatemala, but he now appears primarily in the Boston area. His upcoming appearances include a feature with his wife, Licia Sky, at Laura Packer's Storytelling for Grown-ups, Bestsellers Bookstore, 21 High St. in Medford, MA, April 13, 2001, and at "Poetry Month at Walden Pond Bookstore" Walden Pond State Reservation, Concord, MA at 2 p.m. on April 20.
