Cameron Bopp, MD
Cameron Bopp, MD is the associate medical director for Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice, a nonprofit hospice that serves patients in three rural counties of northwestern Maine. In addition, he practices palliative care in home, extended care, and hospital settings. He is currently completing the Fellowship in Medical Ethics in the Department of Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
He is founding chairman of the Western Maine Palliative Care and Hospice Coalition, a network working to improve end-of-life care across the entire community and its institutions in Franklin County, Maine. In this effort, he utilizes skills in community and social capital building gained over two decades of involvement in community-based public health efforts. He is a graduate of the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency, and is certified by the American Boards of Family Practice and of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. |
