Margaret Ratcliff, M.S.W.

Margaret Ratcliff is Vice President of Services, Volunteers of America, Alexandria, Virginia. She serves as principal investigator of the GRACE Project, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Promoting Excellence in End-of-Life Care demonstration project to enhance end-of-life care in prison. She also serves as principal investigator of a Special Project of National Significance project for terminally ill jail inmates, supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau. Ms. Ratcliff holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Tulane University.
