Ms. Colón is the Director of Education & Internet Services at the American Pain Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland at www.painfoundation.org. Prior to this, she was the Program Coordinator of Online Services at Cancer Care, Inc. in New York City. She has been facilitating online support groups since 1993 and telephone support groups since 1995. She has been on the Internet for almost 20 years and written, supervised, consulted and lectured about online group therapy for 10 years.
