ARTISTS FEATURED IN VOLUME 3

NITA WINTER is an award-winning freelance photographer based in the San Francisco area, where she has been specializing in creating emotion-evoking images of children, teens, families, and seniors in real-life situations for stock or assignments for the past 20 years. Her work has remained closely associated with community organizations. Ms. Winter's multiethnic images have illustrated dozens of books, magazines, and other publications including as the Children's Defense Fund calendar for the past six years. Her fine art images have been purchased by hospitals, corporations, and foundations and can be found in private collections locally and nationally. Currently, Ms. Winter is working on a project commissioned by the Marin Community Foundation, focuses on the need for affordable housing in Marin County, California.
