Funded by The Cleveland Foundation, the Principals' Advanced Leadership Institute is a collaborative effort between The Cleveland Heights - University Heights City School District and Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC).

The first of its kind offered in Ohio, the three-day summer institute and two follow-up six-week online workshops will assist school principals in enhancing leadership capacity to create a learning-enriched environment for improved student achievement. Additionally, the online workshops will provide principals a new medium to collaborate with peers and national experts on education and administration issues relative to increasing student performance.
