Betty Smith is currently the principal of Frank L. Wiley Middle School in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District. A vetran administrator, Ms. Smith has served as middle school assistant principal, a high school unit principal and an alternative school principal in the district. She is returning to Wiley having worked there previously as a teacher and assistant principal.
