My name is Renee T. Cavor. I am the principal of Monticello Middle School in the Cleveland Heights- University Heights City Schools. Monticello has grades 6 - 8. The 2000-2001 school year will be my 2nd year as the building principal. Prior to coming to Monticello, I was a Unit Principal at Cleveland Heights High School. I taught 8th grade math for 8 years at Roxboro Middle School prior to going into administration. I have a B.S. Degree in Mathematics from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. I obtained a M.A.Ed. in Administration & Curriculum from Baldwin-Wallace College, and I am presently working on my dissertation in the Doctoral Studies Program at Cleveland State University. I look forward to being a good instructional leader by providing great resources to my staff. I hope that this online course will start me on my way.
