In this phase,
teams put their plan in action by gathering data from their Read,
Watch, Ask Do activities. Teams continue to document all of their
observations, questions, ideas, and experiences as content for the web
site.

carry their investigations over the course of five or more sessions, with
some overlap into Phase Four: Build a
Web Site.
