Kristen Reed
Kristen Reed is a Senior Research Associate in the Center for the
Development of Teaching in the Division of Mathematics Learning and Teaching
at Education Development Center. She holds a B.A. degree in
Anthropology and a M.A. degree in International Comparative Education from
Stanford University, as well as a Masters in Elementary Education from
Lesley University. Prior to joining EDC, she was an elementary school
teacher in the Boston Public Schools. On the TMI project, her research
interests include how administrators use their leadership content knowledge
for mathematics in their daily practice as they interact with teachers,
students, and parents.
