The journal, _Feminist Teacher_, seeks essays for a special issue on
"Resistance in the Classroom and the Academy." Topics might include (but
are not limited to) resistance from students, colleagues (including other
feminists), the institution, administrators, or the surrounding community.
Essays might also address forms of resistance in the classroom, strategies
for dealing with resistance, etc.
Deadline is 31 May 1998. Please send 3 copies in MLA style to:
