Iam also very confused!!!can someone try to clarify this legal issue for some of
us please? If there is a law that makes it illegal to sexually harassed students
within educational settings (title IX) how is it that the 11th circuit Court
ruled against that very same law when it found that schools were not liable for
student to student sexual harassmet ? I understand that that ruling was by the
11th Circuit Court. What kind of court is this ? Has the Supreme Court ever
heard a case concerning Title IX before ?? How likely is a positive outcome from
the judges to support this very crucial law protecting our daughter's/sons ??
Will really appreciate some legal clarifications and explanations on all of
this. Thanks
