The real ''horrid thing'' about BIAS is that is in fact a `DISCRIMINATORY act.
BIAS does NO0T lead to DISCRIMINATION IT IS IN FACT DISCRIMINATION IN
DISGUISE . BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION DO NOT
CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT THE OTHER. One does not ''end'' and the other''
begins. Its the same. When the teacher refused to include women of the same
period in the list of composers, hence insisted that that list would contain
MEM
and MEN only, not one can possibly clasify this A BIAS...this action, of well
thought
out exclusion, is an act of DISCRIMINATION as raw as they come as far as we
are concerned. sHE IS DISCRIMINATING against my daughter's right to learn her
history
in an ''unbiased'' manner....
