Hi,
I'm not sure if this will help, but Dale Seymour Publications carries a
book that I co-authored with Virginia Thompson, several years ago...but it
is still in print. It is called 'Building Success in Math' and it was
written originally for the adult learner. Much of the material is at the
pre-algebra level. We originally taught extension classes for adults using
this material, and I know now that some community college instructors use
it for short courses.
The chapter titles are:
Coordinate Graphing and Functions
Using your calculator
Geometry and Measurement
Word Problems ( this has lots of pre-algebra and even algebra
material)
Probability and Statistics
Logic and Spatial Problems
Let me know if you'd like more information.... I hope this is useful to
you.
