Cathy Cook was looking for a particular video, for which I do not have
specific information, but the is an excellent resource produced by the
British Columbia Apprenticeship Branch, now the Industrial Training and
Apprenticeship Commission (ITAC) called the Equity In Apprenticeship
Resource Kit. Developed for use with Secondary School Apprenticeship
activities, it provides background on issues relating to barriers to access
to technical training and jobs for women, visible minorities, aboriginal
people and persons with disabilities, and describes what some
provinces/companies/schools are doing about it. It them describes 11 of
those initiatives in detail, and provides 100 pages of annotated A/V, print
and program resources with sources, names and phone numbers.

It is available from the Open Learning Agency for a very small fee, and I
understand that they may be putting it online at sometime in the future.
