You can save your federal funding if you quit discriminating by
sex. Or you can give up the federal money for all your programs.
It doesn't matter that most your programs don't discriminate
and that your discriminatory programs are privately funded.
The federal government doesn't want to give money to institutions
that discriminate. Most institutions faced with this choose to
quit their discriminatory practices.
