Work & Family will be looking at the struggles working parents face on this
week's show. Our show will be broadcast live between 10 a.m. and >>noon
eastern time on Saturday, June 27. This week, from 10 a.m. to 11 >>a.m.,
we will be talking about pay equity for women. Since we see that >>women
earn only 75% of what men earn when working full-time, does this >>mean
affirmative action for women is still needed? Or are women's >>incomes
held down by things that they do to themselves (take time off >>for
children, pursue "traditionally female" careers, etc.)?

During our >>second hour, 11 a.m. to noon, we will be talking about whether
schools >>should go to a year round schedule or lengthen their school days
to more >>closely align children's schedules with their parents'.

If you would >>like to comment on either of these topics, and are available
during the >>times noted above, please contact me at
jan.abernathy@cor.dowjones.com >>or call 1.800.975.8255 as soon as
possible. please leave you first >>name, telephone number where you can be
reached BEFORE saturday, and the >>topic about which you are calling. you
can find out more about our show >>(and listen to it) at
http://www.wsjradio.com. thank you.
