WHAT: A unique workshop to detect and eliminate classroom bias through
collegial coaching.

Participants will increase both the effectiveness and equity of their
classroom teaching. At the workshop's conclusion, interested attendees are
invited to meet with David Sadker and Phyllis Lerner to examine their
individual or team research, writing or instructional plans.

· Objective Data Gathering Techniques
· Collegial Coaching Practice
· Strategies for Change
· Optional Individual/Team Meetings with David Sadker and Phyllis Lerner
