of execution and torture . It is ALSO the men, sometimes children
themselves,(boys) who have NO qualms about carrying out the orders and becoming
the chief executioners.
To imply that murder in the USA is confined maily to ''small town white
boys'' is to be ingnoring a wider and much more complex issue. I don't
understand how anyone can make that statement and make it sound like fact.
