Susan - I am having trouble reaching Joy Wallace by e-mail to respond to her
note about the Guidebook on Sexual Harassment prevention. That guidebook is out
and is available by calling 1 800 USA LEARN. It is free. It is entitled
Protecting Students from Harassment and Hate Crimes: A Guide for Schools (like
Joy said) and I found the reference in our local gay and
lesbian paper. It was easy to order it from the government (number above)
but I too was unable to find it on their internet publications list.
