Bill,
The closest thing to what you describe that I know about is the
Gender/Ethnic Expectation Student Achievement program from Graymill.
After a series of workshops, educators are prepared to collaborate with
peers to conduct observations. Observations focus on two or three
specific behaviors each time. GESA works as an observational model and
also as a model to increase equitable behavior in classrooms.
